Integer Holdings Corporation, a medical device contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), has added two executive leadership team members: Lindsay Krause Blackwood and Sanjiv Arora.

Blackwood succeeds Mac Marshall, who retired at March 2025’s end, as Integer’s senior VP, general counsel, chief ethics and compliance officer, and corporate secretary. Before Integer, she was executive VP, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary for The Brink’s Company.

She also had a range of legal leadership positions at Cigna Corporation, associate counsel roles at Verizon Business, and began her law career as law firm associate at Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Blackwood is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Sanjiv Arora joins the company as senior VP, strategy, business development, and investor relations due to Andrew Senn’s recent promotion to president of Integer’s Cardio & Vascular business. Before Integer, Arora was senior VP, chief strategy and corporate development officer for Solventum.

He also served in senior leadership positions at Medtronic, Edwards Lifesciences, Covidien, and Boston Scientific. He was also a managing director focused on healthcare technology research, life sciences and medical technology investments at Cargill and RBC Capital Markets.

“I’m thrilled to welcome these two exemplary leaders to Integer’s Executive Leadership Team,” said Integer president and CEO Joe Dziedzic. “Their collective experience and critical knowledge of the medical device industry not only complement our existing ELT, but further enhance our expertise in corporate strategy and governance, M&A and enterprise risk management, all of which are critical as we continue to execute on our strategy.”

In February, the company acquired Precision Coating, a privately held manufacturer specializing in high-value surface coating technology platforms, including fluoropolymer, anodic coatings, ion treatment solutions, and laser processing.
